Nurses Health Care

About Nurse Health Care

We need nurse health care in our society. At the center of the health care system are the nurses. They play many roles. The nurse must speak clearly and concisely to all doctors and assist her patients in understanding what is happening around him or her at all times as far as his or health care is concerned.

The nurse has to work under the doctor's supervision at all times. She is responsible for keeping the doctor current on the patient's progress. The nurse has to make sure patients are at all times examined. Nurses write down and record all changes patients go through. This includes emotional as well as physical changes.

Nurses have to write down all the changes the patients go through. Most do not understand that a nurse has to put together a plan of health care for each of her patients and has to carry the plan out each and every day.

Doctors rely heavily on the nurse because he or she must be kept up to date on the vital statistics of each patient. Doctors trust the patient to accurately and completely fill out the patient charts. Without this information, the doctor could not do his or her job correctly.

The nurse has to keep an eye on all her patients at all times and track their progress and let the doctor know of their condition. The nurse will be the one to help avoid a serious problem because she is always aware of any patient that might get into trouble. She is responsible for calling the doctor if there is a problem.

Nurses are also good teachers. They have to teach patients how to take care of themselves. They have to train patients how to administer their own medication or perform various physical therapy exercises. Nurses are certainly integral parts of the health care system.
